Kingdom Arena collects minimal personal information required to provide the service. This includes: your display name and optional avatar when you create an account; your email address or social sign-in identifier; gameplay data including quiz scores, streaks, and achievements; and optional demographic information you choose to provide. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: operate and improve the Kingdom Arena app and website; personalize your experience and track progress; send you notifications about gameplay, achievements, and updates (with your permission); analyze usage patterns to improve features; and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: service providers who help us operate Kingdom Arena (such as Supabase for database hosting and Google for Firebase services) under strict data processing agreements; other users only to the extent you choose to share (e.g., leaderboard display names); and legal authorities when required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by visiting kingdomarena.app/delete-account or emailing support@kingdomarena.app. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
6. Children's Privacy
Kingdom Arena is rated for ages 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without consent, contact us at support@kingdomarena.app and we will promptly delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@kingdomarena.app. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Kingdom Arena after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
